Job Summary
The Zonal Head South - Alternate Sales is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing retail sales across multiple southern states. Responsibilities
- Drive the retail sales strategy across southern states, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage and mentor zonal and state-level sales teams to maximize performance and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales processes and initiatives to enhance effectiveness and streamline operations.
- Analyze regional market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and risks.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, financial advisors, and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in regional sales management, with a strong track record in multi-state operations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field; postgraduate qualifications preferred.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales objectives.

Experience

Salary
The salary package includes a fixed component of 60 LPA (Lakhs per Annum) along with a variable component based on performance.
