Job Description

Role: Account Manager & Planning Head Client Servicing & Relationship Management ● Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships. ● Understand client business goals, brand vision, and expectations. ● Manage client onboarding, brief intake, timelines, and deliverables. ● Conduct regular client meetings, reviews, and feedback sessions. ● Handle scope management, revisions, and expectation setting professionally. Strategic Planning & Brand Direction ● Lead content, campaign, and communication planning aligned with brand objectives. ● Define content pillars, messaging frameworks, and campaign narratives. ● Translate business goals into actionable creative and marketing strategies. ● Plan monthly/quarterly content calendars and campaign roadmaps along with the team ● Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. Project & Workflow Management ● Coordinate with designers, content creators, videographers, and freelancers to execute plans efficiently. ● Create and manage project timelines, task allocations, and internal workflows. ● Ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and as per quality standards. ● Oversee approvals, revisions, and final delivery of assets. Creative Oversight & Quality Control ● Review creative outputs (designs, reels, videos, captions) to ensure they align with strategy and brand tone. ● Provide clear feedback to creative teams to improve output quality. ● Maintain aesthetic consistency and storytelling integrity across platforms. Social Media & Campaign Execution ● Oversee execution of social media strategies across platforms (primarily Instagram & Facebook). ● Guide reel formats, storytelling approaches, and trend adaptations. ● Support campaign launches, festive promotions, events, and brand announcements. ● Coordinate shoot planning, content requirements, and post-production needs. Performance Tracking & Optimisation ● Monitor content and campaign performance using platform analytics. ● Prepare monthly performance reports with insights, learnings, and recommendations. ● Optimise content strategy based on engagement, reach, saves, enquiries, and conversions. ● Collaborate with performance marketing teams where required (boosting, retargeting inputs). Audience Growth & Community Building ● Develop and execute organic audience growth strategies. ● Oversee community management approach (comments, DMs, tone of response). ● Identify opportunities for collaborations, influencers, and partnerships. ● Strengthen brand trust and recall through consistent engagement. Digital Presence & Brand Support ● Guide Instagram page setup, profile optimisation, and highlight structuring. ● Support Google My Business setup and optimisation. ● Assist with influencer outreach, PR coordination, and campaign ideation. ● Ensure brand presence remains cohesive across digital platforms. Internal Leadership & Planning ● Act as a bridge between clients and creative teams. ● Mentor junior team members on planning, communication, and execution. ● Improve internal processes, templates, and planning systems. ● Support agency leadership with insights, pitches, and proposal planning.
