CodeAnt AI is a Y Combinator-backed startup helping engineering teams automate secure code reviews using AI. At any time, we’re running 50+ high-value POCs with companies across the globe — and we close 75-80% of them. But here’s the catch:
We want to close faster. And smarter.
🎯 Your Mission
You’ll own the full 14-day POC lifecycle and make sure every customer sees value before the POC ends — not after. You’ll drive reporting, usage tracking, and LLM monitoring. You’ll talk to customers while the POC is live, not when it’s already too late.
And most importantly — you'll bring sanity to the chaos using data, insights, and automation.
This role exists to bring clarity, accountability, and speed into one of the most important growth levers at CodeAnt AI.
🧩 What You’ll Do

Own 50+ POCs at a time — and know exactly what each customer is doing.

Send Day 0, Day 7, and Day 14 reports — usage metrics, wins, and red flags.

Shorten closing time from 6 weeks to 3 weeks by running value discussions during the POC.

Monitor product usage (Amplitude / Posthog) and LLM behavior (Langsmith) to catch issues early.

Be the data-first voice on the team:
→ Show why we’re winning
→ Identify what’s blocking conversions
→ Highlight what’s confusing or broken in the product
→ Drive decisions with clarity and numbers

Work with engineering and sales to turn every POC into a win.

Automate recurring processes. Build dashboards. Make systems, not chaos.

Bring creative ideas to improve success rates, nudge adoption, and close faster.

- Bonus: You’ve worked in early-stage SaaS — in Product Ops, Growth Ops, Customer Success, or Support Engineering.

What we're looking for
- Evaluation of candidate's proven ability to drive rapid growth and manage POCs using product marketing strategies.
- Assess candidate's proven success in B2B or Developer tool sales essential for fast POC closings.
- Ability to manage 50+ simultaneous POCs, ensuring timely value and effective customer engagement within a full lifecycle.
- Ability to extract and utilize data to drive decisions through dashboards, usage metrics, and reporting across the POC lifecycle.
- Proficiency in automating reporting and recurring processes, building dashboards, and streamlining workflows to reduce chaos.
- Familiarity with analytics and observability tools (e.g., Amplitude, Posthog, LLM monitoring) to proactively identify issues.
- Effective communication skills for customer interaction, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration during live POCs.
- Ability to thrive in chaotic environments, bring clarity, and solve problems creatively under fast-paced startup conditions.
- Academic pedigree evaluation; considering degree relevance, institutional reputation, and educational achievements.
