Job Summary

We are seeking a versatile and proactive AI Solutions Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary driver for turning business challenges into functional AI-powered solutions. You are not just an implementer; you are a problem-solver who can identify high-impact use cases, evaluate the best tools in the market, and write the code to bring those solutions to life within our AWS ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Business Use Case Identification: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand operational bottlenecks and identify where AI can provide the highest ROI or efficiency gains.
• Architecting & Coding: Build, test, and deploy end-to-end AI applications. This includes backend development, API integrations, and orchestrating LLM workflows.
• AI Tool Evaluation: Continuously research and benchmark third-party AI tools, models (LLMs, SLMs), and frameworks to ensure we are using the most efficient technology for each specific task.
• AWS Implementation: Leverage AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, or Lambda to build scalable and secure AI microservices.
• Cost Optimization: Monitor and optimize AI-related expenditures, including token usage management, efficient prompting strategies, and selecting the most cost-effective model for the task.
• Responsible AI Oversight: Ensure all AI outputs are monitored for accuracy and integrity, aligning with SEBI’s 2025/2026 framework for responsible AI/ML usage.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3 – 6 years of experience in software development with a recent focus on applied AI.
• Programming: High proficiency in Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django) and familiarity with modern development workflows.
• AI Frameworks: Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration libraries.
• Data & Search: Solid understanding of Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, or AWS OpenSearch) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Practical experience building and deploying on AWS is mandatory.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to evaluate "Build vs. Buy" scenarios for new AI tools and present clear technical recommendations.
