Opportunity Identification & Strategy • Conduct market research to identify product gaps, unmet clinical needs, and high-potential growth segments. • Monitor competitor launches, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to identify white spaces. • Build and maintain a product pipeline aligned with Futura’s growth strategy. 2. Product Concept & Feasibility • Translate market insights into product concepts with clear value propositions. • Assess technical feasibility, sourcing availability, and commercial potential. • Prepare business cases for new product investments. 3. Development & Sourcing • Identify and qualify vendors for raw materials, components, and contract manufacturing.
