Job Description
- Own the execution of integrated marketing campaigns — spanning digital, social, email, performance, ATL/BTL, and event-led marketing.
- Manage day-to-day content planning and production, including owning the social media calendar, brand creatives, messaging, and liaison with creative agencies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners (agencies, vendors, freelancers) to deliver all marketing assets on time and within budget.
- Track, report, and optimize marketing performance metrics, using insights to refine messaging and channel strategies.
- Monitor category developments, competitor activity, and user sentiment to create insightful content and campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency and quality across all marketing communication touchpoints.
- Bring a growth mindset and start-up adaptability, ready to pitch in wherever needed to make marketing happen.
Qualifications & Skills
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in advertising, brand communication, or marketing operations.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaign development.
- Experience managing creative assets, content pipelines, and production timelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong project and time management skills — can juggle multiple campaigns at once.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Prior experience in a fintech, digital-first brand, or B2B environment will be a strong advantage.
