Job Description

  1. Own the execution of integrated marketing campaigns — spanning digital, social, email, performance, ATL/BTL, and event-led marketing.
  2. Manage day-to-day content planning and production, including owning the social media calendar, brand creatives, messaging, and liaison with creative agencies.
  3. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners (agencies, vendors, freelancers) to deliver all marketing assets on time and within budget.
  4. Track, report, and optimize marketing performance metrics, using insights to refine messaging and channel strategies.
  5. Monitor category developments, competitor activity, and user sentiment to create insightful content and campaigns
  6. Ensure brand consistency and quality across all marketing communication touchpoints.
  7. Bring a growth mindset and start-up adaptability, ready to pitch in wherever needed to make marketing happen.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 4–5 years of hands-on experience in advertising, brand communication, or marketing operations.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaign development.
  • Experience managing creative assets, content pipelines, and production timelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong project and time management skills — can juggle multiple campaigns at once.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a fintech, digital-first brand, or B2B environment will be a strong advantage.
