Job Summary
The Business Lead (SaaS) will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building and scaling our Software as a Service (SaaS) business. This role encompasses managing the complete sales lifecycle—from engaging prospects to closing deals and ensuring customer success. The primary goal is to accelerate SaaS adoption, create predictable revenue streams, and establish Source’s software products as category-leading solutions.
Responsibilities
- Revenue Growth: Drive new business acquisition and achieve SaaS revenue targets.
- Pipeline Development: Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound, inbound, and partner-led opportunities.
- Customer Expansion: Ensure successful onboarding, retention, and growth of customer accounts.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Track and forecast pipeline health through Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Account Expansion: Drive customer onboarding and relationship management, including renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in B2B SaaS Sales, Business Development, or Enterprise Sales roles.
- Track Record: Proven success in achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Sales Cycle Management: Experience managing end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, demos, negotiations, and closures.
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills
- Ability to identify customer pain points and position SaaS solutions to effectively drive business outcomes.
- Data-driven mindset to manage multiple deals, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneously.
Experience
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in B2B SaaS sales or similar roles.
