Position Overview: As the Director of Performance Marketing, you will be responsible for leading our performance marketing efforts to drive user acquisition, engagement, and monetization across various digital platforms. You will play a key role in developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to optimize user acquisition campaigns, maximize ROI, and achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, a deep understanding of gaming industry trends, and a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: ·Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and monetization for our gaming products. ·Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and other relevant channels. ·Utilize data analytics and insights to identify target audiences, optimize campaign performance, and improve ROI. ·Lead a team of performance marketing specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive team success. ·Collaborate cross-functionally with product, analytics, and creative teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals and product roadmap. ·Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing, and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition. ·Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. ·Manage budgets effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure adherence to financial targets and KPIs. ·Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives and achieve business objectives. ·Drive experimentation and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance, creative assets, and landing pages for maximum conversion. ·Bring in innovative practices to drive business (brand) growth Role: Director - Performance Marketing Qualifications: ·Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. ·Minimum of 12 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within the gaming industry. ·Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and revenue growth. ·Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions. ·Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals and objectives. ·Deep understanding of digital marketing platforms, tools, and technologies, including but not limited to Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, App Store Optimization (ASO), and attribution platforms
