<div>Key Responsibilities: ● Owntheconsumer experience, brand health and anchor special projects. ● Drive brand positioning, messaging and identity initiatives to strengthen brand equity. ● Build strong brand IPs to deliver goals of driving relevance &amp; building credibility. ● Anchor special marketing projects (sprint format) which arise based on business needs. ● Develop and execute brand marketing strategies to establish strong brand presence. ● Leadplanning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels. ● Leverage online, offline &amp; BTL tools to deliver marketing agenda- overIndexed on digital ecosystem. ● Execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM content marketing, email/whatsapp and more. ● Conduct market research, monitor industry/competition and consumer behaviour to build plans. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, growth, agencies) to drive business goals. ● Leadpublic relations efforts to enhance brand reputation and manage media relations. Qualifications / Skills ● Masters degree in Marketing and work experience in B2C Brand Marketing is mandatory. ● 5-8years of experience with stints at FMCG and Ecom/D2C sectors is critical. ● Proven record of delivering brand agenda, crafting narratives and executing marketing strategies. ● Adept at managing digital funnels, leveraging digital media &amp; touchpoints (across Google &amp; Meta). ● Strong analytical skills with comfort in deriving insights from large data sets. ● Experience managing media relations and interacting with journalists and influencers. ● Excellent organisational and project management skills</div>
