Job Description
- Strategic Planning & Analysis:
- Partner with the CEO to develop and implement long-term strategic plans for the company.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
- Prepare financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor industry trends and economic conditions to assess potential risks and opportunities.
- Investor Relations:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential investors.
- Manage the investor presentation process, preparing financial reports and investor materials.
- Track and analyze investor sentiment and respond to inquiries.
- Assist in securing financing for new projects.
- Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Support the preparation of the company's annual business plan and budget.
- Perform financial analysis and modeling to assess the feasibility of new projects – Commercial office, Residential, Plot and other assets
- Monitor financial performance against budget and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the development and implementation of key financial metrics.
- Other Responsibilities:
- Prepare board and executive meeting materials, including key financial and strategic information.
- Manage special projects assigned by the CEO.
- Stay informed of current trends in real estate finance and investment.
