Job Summary
The Top Talent Pool focuses on identifying and recruiting exceptional candidates with expertise in machine learning and artificial intelligence. Responsibilities
- Design and develop machine learning models to address business challenges within various sectors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and software engineers, to implement and integrate AI solutions.
- Analyze large datasets to extract valuable insights that drive business decisions and improve models.
- Test and validate machine learning models to ensure their accuracy, robustness, and effectiveness in real-world applications.
- Document processes, models, and system architecture for future reference and stakeholder understanding.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (including Python 3, Biopython, IronPython, VPython).
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn).
- Understanding of data preprocessing techniques and data wrangling.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure Machine Learning, AWS, Google Cloud).
- Hands-on experience with Automated Machine Learning (AutoML), Human-in-the-Loop Machine Learning, and Agentice AI frameworks.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with deep learning techniques and frameworks.
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) applications, including Knowledge Graph-Based NLP and Multilingual NLP.
- Understanding of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Familiarity with Computer Vision (CV) techniques.
Experience
