Job Description
- Designation: Fixed Income (FI) Desk Lead
- Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai
- Reporting to: CEO, Chintan Mehta
- The incumbent must have over 10 years of experience in treasury / fixed income trading with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
- The role is responsible for managing trading, investment, and risk strategies across government securities, corporate bonds, money markets, and related products. Build the Wholesale/DCM desk and drive profitability, ensure regulatory compliance, manage liquidity requirements, and provide strategic direction to the desk.
- Compensation: Fixed 50/60 LPA + Performance-Based Variable Pay
- Pool to be tapped: Open to looking at candidates from Banks, Broking houses and Private wealth companies
