Zerodha is hiring a Chief Financial Officer to join their team in Mumbai. This is a onsite role suited to a leadership-level professional with 15+ years of experience in the Fintech space.

You will own outcomes end to end, working closely with cross-functional partners to ship work that reaches real users. The team values clear thinking, direct communication and a bias toward shipping over polishing in private.

• Take ownership of financial leadership across the team's core initiatives.
• Take ownership of fundraising & investor relations across the team's core initiatives.
• Take ownership of controls & governance across the team's core initiatives.
• Take ownership of strategic planning across the team's core initiatives.
• Take ownership of board communication across the team's core initiatives.

What we're looking for

• 15+ years of relevant experience, ideally within Fintech or an adjacent domain.
• Demonstrated strength in financial leadership, fundraising & investor relations, controls & governance.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and setting your own priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
