<li style="margin-left:15px"><span style="font-family:"Calibri Light", sans-serif">Responsible for managing all QC apparel/textile related activities across India production and QA technical including 3D fitting.</span></li>

<li style="margin-left:15px"><span style="font-family:"Calibri Light", sans-serif">Setting and tracking KPI’s to gauge and evaluate the Vendors, QC and QA performance.</span></li>
<li style="margin-left:15px"><span style="font-family:"Calibri Light", sans-serif">Evaluating the factories and monitor the results on a regular basis.</span></li>
<li style="margin-left:15px"><span style="font-family:"Calibri Light", sans-serif">Building strong trust and credibility with the customers.</span></li>
<li style="margin-left:15px"><span style="font-family:"Calibri Light", sans-serif">Training/upgrading/coaching staff to maintain the performance.</span></li>
<li style="margin-left:15px"><span style="font-family:"Calibri Light", sans-serif">Leading and Coordinating the investigations into customer complaints/claims. Accordingly planning of appropriate corrective action plan.</span></li>
<li style="margin-left:15px"><span style="font-family:"Calibri Light", sans-serif">Engaging with Merchandising team to discuss sourcing strategy.</span></li>
<li style="margin-left:15px"><span style="font-family:"Calibri Light", sans-serif">Monitor the physical/chemical test results of product and provide technical solutions for fabric/textile performance.</span></li>
<li style="margin-left:15px"><span style="font-family:"Calibri Light", sans-serif">Evaluate the performance of vendors based test results and accordingly plan the preventive measures.</span></li>
<li style="margin-left:15px"><span style="font-family:"Calibri Light", sans-serif">Monitor the expenses of QA/QC and creating a lean and efficient team.</span></li>
<li style="margin-left:15px"><span style="font-family:"Calibri Light", sans-serif">Get involved in risk analysis process meetings to establish a process line monitoring Quality.</span></li>
<li style="margin-left:15px"><span style="font-family:"Calibri Light", sans-serif">Various Report analysis for order bookings, capacity planning and Quality control.</span></li>

<li style="margin-left:15px"><span style="font-family:"Calibri Light", sans-serif">At least 15 years of experience with minimum 8 years at senior leadership role</span></li>
<li style="margin-left:15px"><span style="font-family:"Calibri Light", sans-serif">Familiar with both Woven and Knits garments with proven track in Quality Control, QA technical and production. Should be familiar with Home textiles, Shoes/leather and accessories products</span></li>
<li style="margin-left:15px"><span style="font-family:"Calibri Light", sans-serif">Good experience in a similar leadership position catering to EU bases clients.</span></li>
<li style="margin-left:15px"><span style="font-family:"Calibri Light", sans-serif">Possess knowledge of factory safety children safety requirements for EU.</span></li>
<li style="margin-left:15px"><span style="font-family:"Calibri Light", sans-serif">Sound knowledge in technical processes of manufacturing.</span></li>
