Job Summary

The Manager - Enterprise Transformation (Frozen) is responsible for overseeing the reception and pre-screening of potential Research and Development (R&D) opportunities. This role is crucial in proposing the best opportunities to R&D experts for review and decision-making, thereby contributing to the organization's innovation and strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage the reception and pre-screening of potential R&D opportunities, ensuring the best proposals are forwarded to R&D experts for evaluation.
• Support the creation and maintenance of an R&D opportunities database, ensuring timely evaluations by experts.
• Liaise with stakeholders and experts to facilitate reviews and consolidate scientific feedback, leading to actionable recommendations.
• Prepare and present monthly evaluation reports on R&D opportunities to assist in reviews and endorsements.
• Establish and maintain contact with universities and biotech organizations to proactively identify R&D opportunities and provide feedback on evaluations.
• Organize and participate in ideation sessions to gather R&D needs and aspirations, supporting the definition of a needs collection process for short, mid, and long-term visions.
• Contribute to the preparation and updating of a Strategic Document that summarizes R&D needs in alignment with the overall R&D strategy.
• Support R&D scientific meetings and congresses by sponsoring the ‘R&D Opportunities’ initiative and engaging with external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business Administration).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and synthesize complex information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in project management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with R&D processes and methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Experience in liaising with academic and biotech institutions is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a relevant field.
• Experience in strategic planning and document preparation.
• Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in R&D.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in R&D management or a related field, with a focus on enterprise transformation.

Environment

• The position is based in Bengaluru Luxor North Tower and operates in a hybrid work mode, combining both in-office and remote work.

Salary

• Estimated salary range: ₹4,000,000 per annum.
