Job Summary

The Social Media Manager & Content Creator will be responsible for owning and scaling The Pant Project’s digital presence across various social platforms. This role expects a creative individual who excels in fashion-led storytelling, creates high-performing content, and actively engages the audience while enhancing the brand voice.

Responsibilities

  • Own the social media strategy, content calendar, and daily publishing across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create and execute engaging content formats including reels, static creatives, trend-led content, and behind-the-scenes storytelling.
  • Drive community engagement and build a strong brand voice across channels.
  • Collaborate with internal creative, brand, and performance teams for campaigns and launches.
  • Identify and leverage trends, memes, and cultural moments relevant to the brand.
  • Coordinate with influencers and creators for content collaborations.
  • Track performance metrics including engagement, reach, growth, and content effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in social media management and content creation, preferably with D2C, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram-first content and platform trends.
  • Hands-on experience in ideation, scripting, and content execution.
  • Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of fashion/content storytelling.
  • Comfortable being agile, experimental, and fast-moving in a consumer brand setup.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with analytics tools and metrics tracking for performance measurement.
  • Ability to create visually appealing content aligned with current fashion trends.

Experience

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in social media management and content creation.

Environment

  • On-site work location in Fort, Mumbai.
  • Monday to Friday working days.
