Learning and Development – Content Development
Job Summary
The Learning and Development – Content Development role at Personage is responsible for creating, designing, and enhancing learning materials and experiences. This position requires a dynamic individual who can manage multiple responsibilities, contribute entrepreneurial ideas, and oversee project progress. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about developing impactful learning solutions to drive organizational growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop content including articles, posts (long and short format) focused on leadership and communication.
- Design courses, workshops, learner journeys, and video lessons.
- Create micro case studies based on learning success stories.
- Prepare course details documents using identified templates for all courses.
- Develop storyboards for e-learning modules.
- Design proposals for various learning offerings (e.g., coaching, blended training, workshops).
- Define and implement performance parameters to measure learning program success.
- Research and recommend innovative learning methodologies and channels.
- Establish production Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and conduct quality assessments.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and ensure project visibility at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in content development or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, English, Human Resources, or a related discipline preferred.
- Excellent fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong storyboarding and instructional design abilities.
- Proficiency in developing both long and short format educational content.
- Solid research skills for identifying and applying innovative learning methodologies.
- Strong soft skills, including communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to design and assess learning performance metrics.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in designing proposals for learning and development initiatives.
- Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools and platforms.
- Understanding of blended and digital learning strategies.
- Creative mindset for developing engaging learner journeys.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Entrepreneurial drive and a “go-getter” attitude.
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in content development, instructional design, or learning and development.
Environment
- Location: Mumbai Suburban (on-site).
- Must have own laptop.
- Internship position.
