Job Summary

The Mainframe zos role is essential for managing and coordinating the process related to PMR (Problem Management Record) tickets. This position involves collaboration with L2 development support to ensure efficient resolution of issues, contributing to the overall operational effectiveness of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate PMR ticket processes effectively.
• Collaborate with L2 development support to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure timely updates and communication regarding ticket status.
• Analyze and document recurring issues to improve processes.
• Assist in troubleshooting and providing solutions for mainframe-related problems.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of PMR ticket processes.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with mainframe systems and operations.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mainframe support or a related field.

Salary
