D2C Brand Leadership: Own the end-to-end D2C brand strategy, from customer acquisition and retention to digital presence and e-commerce performance. Ensure seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. ● P&L Management: Take full responsibility for the brand’s P&L, managing financial performance, resource allocation, and profitability across all D2C channels. ● E-Commerce & Digital Growth: Oversee the brand's presence and growth on D2C platforms, including website optimization, online marketing, and customer engagement strategies. ● Product Development & Innovation: Lead the creation and optimization of products that resonate with D2C customers, ensuring strong alignment with brand values and market demand. ● Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations, and product teams to drive the brand’s vision and ensure cohesive execution across all functions. ● Customer-Centric Strategy: Leverage customer insights and analytics to inform strategies that enhance the customer journey and build long-term loyalty. ● Market Expansion & Global Growth: Drive global expansion through scalable D2C strategies, optimizing for different markets and audiences. ● Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for brand growth, e-commerce performance, and customer satisfaction, ensuring continuous optimization.
