Job Title: Corporate Sales Executive Company: Smart Vision Location: Sri Nagar Colony, Hyderabad Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days) Timings: General Business Hours Travel Expenses: Reimbursed by the Company � � About Smart Vision Smart Vision is a multi‑speciality eye hospital network offering comprehensive ophthalmic care—including robotic cataract surgery, LASIK, glaucoma, retina, paediatric ophthalmology, squint, cornea services, and more � � Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and driven Corporate Sales Executive to join our B2B sales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding Smart Vision’s presence by building partnerships with corporate clients and promoting our health insurance and other services. This is a field-intensive role that involves regular client meetings and campaign execution. � � Key Responsibilities 1. Client Acquisition & Meetings ○ Identify and approach potential corporate clients to pitch Smart Vision’s group health insurance offerings ○ Conduct face-to-face meetings with decision-makers (HRs, Admins, CXOs) to understand their employee health benefit needs ○ Build long-term relationships and secure tie-ups with organizations 2. Campaign Execution ○ Plan and organize health insurance awareness or enrollment campaigns at client locations ○ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns ○ Represent Smart Vision professionally at all client-facing events 3. Sales Pitching & Negotiation ○ Present customized insurance solutions to suit corporate client needs ○ Handle objections, provide clarifications, and negotiate pricing and coverage terms ○ Close deals and ensure smooth onboarding of corporate clients 4. Follow-Up & Relationship Management ○ Regular follow-ups for conversion and renewals ○ Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure continued business and referrals ○ Act as a point of contact for post-sale support or escalations 5. Documentation & Reporting ○ Maintain accurate records of meetings, leads, and client interactions ○ Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the manager ○ Track targets and performance metrics as per company goals ✅ Requirements ● 3-5 years of field sales or corporate/B2B sales experience preferred ● Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills ● Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets ● Willingness to travel within the city (travel expenses covered) ● Experience in insurance/financial services is a plus but not mandatory
