Job Description
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the sales strategy, growth, and performance of our EdTech solutions within the assigned region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with deep knowledge of the education sector and a strong understanding of EdTech products. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset to build relationships and expand our customer base. Key Responsibilities: • Sales Leadership & Strategy: o Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. o Collaborate with senior leadership to align regional sales objectives with the company’s overall business goals. o Identify new business opportunities and customer segments within the region. o Provide market insights and customer feedback to support product development and marketing initiatives. • Customer Relationship Management: o Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, school districts, government agencies, and corporate clients. o Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to improve learning outcomes and organizational efficiencies. o Conduct product demonstrations, webinars, and training sessions to ensure customers understand the full value of our solutions. • Sales Performance & Reporting: o Track and report on sales performance, key metrics, and KPIs on a regular basis. o Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. o Implement effective sales processes and best practices to ensure the region consistently meets or exceeds its sales goals. • Team Management & Development: o Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives in the region. o Provide coaching, training, and support to enhance individual and team performance. o Foster a positive, high-performance sales culture within the team. • Collaboration & Coordination: o Work closely with the marketing team to develop region-specific campaigns, events, and promotional activities. o Collaborate with product and customer success teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients from sales through to implementation. o Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
