We have leveraged</p> <p>this to build a product development process that is 5X faster than incumbent brands in the category.</p> <p>The Role</p> <p>We are seeking a structured, analytical and growth-oriented Senior Manager &ndash; Business to partner</p> <p>closely with the North America Sales team and deliver clear, actionable insights that guide account</p> <p>strategy and execution. This role will support and influence key business initiatives including</p> <p>inventory planning, profitability optimization, pricing experiments, cost improvement programs, and</p> <p>product/category recommendations.</p> <p>&bull; Partner with North America sales team to drive revenue, contribution margin, and ROI</p> <p>across large and mid size retailers like Walmart, Target, Kohls, Office Depot, CVS</p> <p>&bull; Monitor inventory levels, create SKU level forecasts, replenishment cycles, and holding costs</p> <p>to ensure availability and efficiency</p> <p>&bull; Support pricing strategy&mdash;run structured experiments, evaluate elasticity, measure impact,</p> <p>and recommend actions</p> <p>&bull; Provide strategic inputs on product development, portfolio expansion, packaging, and</p> <p>content based on consumer and geographic trends</p> <p>&bull; Manage retail account profitability and growth</p> <p>&bull; Maintain a deep understanding of retail ecosystem levers and develop relationships with</p> <p>retail account / sales rep teamsYou&rsquo;re a good fit if you:</p> <p>&bull; Have strong analytical, problem solving and structured thinking abilities</p> <p>&bull; Have good communication skills and are able to independently propose solutions while</p> <p>working well with people</p> <p>&bull; Are a self starter and interested in a role with cross-functional exposure</p> <p>&bull; Can interpret data, build business cases, and influence decisions</p> <p>&bull; Have high energy and a bias for action</p> <p>Preferred Qualification</p> <p>&bull; 3+ years of experience, with a preference of some background in commercial or planning</p> <p>roles, dealing with physical products or management consulting</p>
