The Role
We are seeking a structured, analytical and growth-oriented Senior Manager – Business to partner
closely with the North America Sales team and deliver clear, actionable insights that guide account
strategy and execution. This role will support and influence key business initiatives including
inventory planning, profitability optimization, pricing experiments, cost improvement programs, and
product/category recommendations.
• Partner with North America sales team to drive revenue, contribution margin, and ROI
across large and mid size retailers like Walmart, Target, Kohls, Office Depot, CVS
• Monitor inventory levels, create SKU level forecasts, replenishment cycles, and holding costs
to ensure availability and efficiency
• Support pricing strategy—run structured experiments, evaluate elasticity, measure impact,
and recommend actions
• Provide strategic inputs on product development, portfolio expansion, packaging, and
content based on consumer and geographic trends
• Manage retail account profitability and growth
• Maintain a deep understanding of retail ecosystem levers and develop relationships with
retail account / sales rep teamsYou’re a good fit if you:

Preferred Qualification
• 3+ years of experience, with a preference of some background in commercial or planning
roles, dealing with physical products or management consulting
