<div>Day-to-Day Responsibilities:<br />
Respond to user queries via our support email, ensuring timely and professional communication.<br />
Manage and update internal documentation using Google Sheets & Google Docs.<br />
Utilize ChatGPT and AI tools effectively to optimize workflows and improve response efficiency.<br />
Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements to enhance the platform and support processes.<br />
Work closely with the team to analyze and refine workflows, ensuring a seamless user experience.<br />
Provide insights and feedback on user concerns, trends, and recurring issues.<br />
Ensure overlap during US morning hours for real-time support and collaboration.</div>
<div>Technical & Functional Skills:<br />
Fluency in English with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).<br />
Strong ability to leverage AI tools like ChatGPT for productivity and efficiency.<br />
Basic proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs to manage workflows and support operations.<br />
Fast learner with the ability to grasp and adapt to new technologies and processes.<br />
Experience in customer support or operations in a tech-driven environment is a plus.</div>
