Job Summary
The Research Analyst will play a key role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions and organizational strategies. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in research and data analysis. The position requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns in the sustainability industry.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and summaries of research findings for sustainable products .
- Assist in designing and implementing research methodologies and data collection processes.
- Conduct literature reviews, competitive analyses, and market research as necessary.
- Present research outcomes to team members and management in a clear and concise manner.
- Support ongoing projects by providing relevant data-driven insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Statistics, Business, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to interpret and visualize data using charts, graphs, and tables.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with basic research methodologies and data analysis techniques.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python, or similar) is a plus.
- Knowledge of survey tools and online research techniques.
- Prior internship or project experience in research or analysis.
- Understanding of industry-specific trends related to the organization’s field.
Experience
- Minimum Experience: 0 years (Entry-level; suitable for recent graduates or those new to the field). Please note it will be a paid internship only after 1st month of assessment and evaluation of the candidate skills and work quality. 1st Month will be unpaid internship for the candidate.
- No prior work experience required; internships or academic research projects will be considered an asset.
Start Date
- Immediately, Commitment - Minimum 3 - 6 Months of commitment
