Job Summary
We are seeking a highly driven SAP Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be an individual contributor focused on generating new business and driving revenue growth through the sale of SAP solutions and services. This role requires a strong track record in enterprise software sales, a deep understanding of the SAP ecosystem, and the ability to independently manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Responsibilities
- Drive new customer acquisition and revenue generation by selling SAP solutions (S/4HANA, SAP Cloud, SAP BTP, etc.).
- Identify, qualify, and close high-value opportunities within assigned industry verticals or geographies.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and partner engagement.
- Manage the entire sales cycle independently – from lead development, solution positioning, RFP responses, presentations, pricing, to contract negotiation and closure.
- Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to tailor solutions to customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SAP account teams and ecosystem partners to co-sell and jointly drive market penetration.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- 7+ years of successful B2B enterprise software SAP sales experience focused on SAP solutions.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets as an individual contributor.
- Deep understanding of SAP product portfolio, licensing models, and sales motions.
- Strong network within SAP customer and partner ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud-based SAP solutions and emerging SAP technologies.
- Familiarity with market trends and competitive landscape in the SAP ecosystem.
Experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with previous working experience not exceeding two companies.
Environment
- The position is based in Delhi/Bangalore and may involve a combination of office and remote work, depending on company policies.
Salary
- Estimated budget of 12-15 LPA plus incentives.
