Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Finance Senior Manager to own the end-to-end finance and accounts function at Just Organik. This role spans accounts receivable and payable, treasury and banking relationships, statutory compliance under Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), as well as management reporting and projections. This high-ownership position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and is suited to a finance professional who can run day-to-day operations while providing leadership with a clear and accurate view of the numbers.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete accounts-receivable cycle: customer billing, collections, ageing, credit control, and reconciliations.
- Manage the complete accounts-payable cycle: vendor bills, payments, reconciliations, and ageing.
- Own treasury and working-capital management: cash-flow planning, fund allocation, and utilization of banking facilities.
- Manage banking relationships: liaise with banks, manage credit facilities (Cash Credit/Overdraft), documentation and renewals, and support negotiation of terms.
- Ensure timely and accurate GST compliance: returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), input-credit reconciliation, payments, e-invoicing, and e-way bills.
- Ensure timely and accurate TDS compliance: deduction, deposit, returns, and issuance of certificates.
- Prepare monthly management information system (MIS), Profit & Loss (P&L), and financial reports for management review.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash-flow projections, tracking actuals against the plan.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting, ensuring books of account and ledger accuracy.
- Strengthen financial controls, processes, and documentation.
- Lead financial due diligence exercises and actively participate in statutory, internal, and tax audits by coordinating data, responding to queries, and ensuring timely closure of observations.
- Coordinate other statutory and tax matters, including advance tax and support for statutory and internal audits.
- Lead and develop the accounts team.
Qualifications
- 8–12 years of experience in finance and accounts, preferably in FMCG, foods, or manufacturing sectors.
- Professional qualifications such as Chartered Accountant (CA), Inter-CA, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Master of Commerce (M.Com), or equivalent.
- Strong working knowledge of Indian GST and TDS compliance and statutory requirements.
- Hands-on experience with treasury, banking relationships, and working-capital management.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP systems and advanced MS Excel.

- Strong analytical, numerical, and reconciliation skills with high attention to detail.
- Sound understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and financial controls.
- Banking and treasury acumen with a compliance-first mindset.
- Ability to produce clear MIS and projections for decision-making.
- Team leadership, ownership, and the ability to meet deadlines.
