Job Summary

The Finance Controller will oversee the financial operations of the organization, ensuring that financial strategies align with the overall business goals. This role is critical in managing financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance, contributing to the company's financial health and strategic growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee the implementation of financial controls and policies to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective financial management and operational efficiency.
• Monitor cash flow and financial performance, making recommendations for improvements.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
• Tier 1 MBA is a preferred educational qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with a strong understanding of financial management principles.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the e-commerce or quick commerce sector.
• Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting positions.

Salary

Estimated salary range is ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,000,000 per annum.
