Job Summary
The Financial Operations Manager will play a critical role in establishing robust Management Information Systems (MIS) and reporting frameworks. This position is responsible for building performance dashboards, improving working capital visibility, and enhancing governance. The individual will proactively highlight business deviations and risks while partnering closely with plant heads and finance controllers to foster a culture of ownership and accountability around numbers. This role will also involve collaboration with promoters, investors, and the leadership team to develop the necessary financial operating framework for the next phase of company growth.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain robust MIS and reporting frameworks.
- Build and optimize performance dashboards for enhanced decision-making.
- Improve visibility into working capital to enhance operational efficiency.
- Strengthen governance processes and proactively highlight any business deviations and risks.
- Collaborate closely with plant heads and finance controllers to drive accountability around financial data.
- Partner with promoters, investors, and the leadership team to support strategic financial operations and growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in establishing MIS and reporting frameworks.
- Proficiency in creating performance dashboards and improving working capital visibility.
- Excellent understanding of governance and risk management.
- Experience in financial operations, including fundraising, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and initial public offering (IPO) processes is a plus.
