Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Procurement Senior Analyst with extensive experience in procurement tools to optimize Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes. This role will focus on driving automation, ensuring procurement efficiency, and compliance across the organization, while contributing to improved performance through various methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject-matter expert across procurement platforms, including Zip (zipHQ), Oro, LevelPath, Tonkean, Coupa (BSM/Coupa Analytics), and Ariba S2P.
• Administer and configure Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workflows in Coupa and Ariba, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Support system integrations and manage platform upgrades, patches, and ongoing maintenance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics utilizing tools like Visio, Lucidchart, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Conduct process mapping and re-engineering employing Six Sigma and other process improvement methodologies to streamline operations.
• Engage with internal stakeholders and suppliers to define requirements, troubleshoot issues, and support adoption and training.
• Produce documentation—Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user guides, and data mapping schemas—and deliver training sessions to business and IT teams.
• Analyze spend data and drive sourcing strategies, vendor onboarding, and supplier enablement initiatives.
• Monitor compliance, system performance, and process KPIs; proactively identify and implement improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in procurement analytics or relevant fields.
• Proficiency in procurement tools such as Zip (zipHQ), Oro, LevelPath, Tonkean, Coupa BSM, and Ariba S2P.
• Strong skills in process mapping using Visio, Lucid, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies and process improvement techniques.
• Experience in analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with system integrations and managing platform upgrades.
• Familiarity with data analytics and reporting in a procurement context.

Experience

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in procurement analysis or related roles.

Environment

• Position is offshore, involving collaborative work with remote teams and stakeholders.
