Job Summary
The ITSM Support Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery and management of IT services. This position focuses on optimizing IT service management processes, supporting Azure cloud services, and facilitating efficient incident and change management practices.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Incident Management, ensuring timely resolution of service interruptions.
- Oversee Change Management processes to minimize service disruptions resulting from changes and releases.
- Analyze and report on Service Delivery KPIs to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide product support for Azure Services, ensuring that services run smoothly and efficiently.
- Implement monitoring solutions using cloud monitoring tools to enhance system performance and uptime.
- Develop and maintain scripts using shell scripting for automation and operational efficiencies.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in IT service management or product support.
- Mandatory skills include:
- ITSM (IT Service Management)
- Azure Services
- Incident Management
- Change Management
- Problem Management
- Service Delivery KPI and reporting
- Shell scripting
- SQL (Structured Query Language)
- Azure CLI (Command-Line Interface)
- Cloud monitoring
Preferred Skills
- Experience with additional ITSM tools and frameworks.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management.
Experience
A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT service management, product support, or related fields is required.

Salary
