ChecklistProfile- SALES & OPS MANAGER Experience- 2 to 5 years Budget- 10 to 12 LPA Qualification- MBA / Graduation from a reputed college / B.Arch Notice- 20 days (max.) Males preferred Responsibilities for Sales Operations Manager- ❖ Coordination with all stakeholders (sales, technical, operations, pricing, consulting, HR et al) to ❖ ensure timely and high quality proposal submission and project delivery ❖ Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by effectively qualifying and nurturing leads. ❖ Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to convert leads into ❖ customers ❖ Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements ❖ and providing continuous support and solutions. ❖ Monitor customer satisfaction, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and ❖ drive customer engagement and retention efforts. ❖ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery, customer success, and ❖ ongoing account management. ❖ Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the Organization Qualification Criteria- ➔ Experience in acquiring clients, retaining & Sales operation. ➔ Excellent communication and presentation skills. ➔ Proficiency in using CRM systems, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. ➔ Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. ➔ Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. ➔ Knowledge of the industry or market being targeted is a plus.
