3+ years of government partnerships experience, ideally past record of getting a financial MoU signed with a govt. department & handling govt. receivables • 2+ years of team managing experience Attitudes • Very comfortable building relationships with govt. officials, CSR heads, etc. • Mission driven: Excited about making a difference in the lives of small-farmers • Flexibility to work in a dynamic, often resource-constrained environment • Perseverance: This work needs resilience!
