Job Description – CA Fresher (Finance & Accounts) About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Chartered Accountant (Fresher) to join our Finance & Accounts team This role offers an excellent opportunity to apply core accounting knowledge while gaining exposure to MIS reporting, taxation, and compliance The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a detail-oriented approach, and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic business environment. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in preparation and finalization of financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards. • Support statutory and internal audit processes by providing accurate data and resolving queries. • Assist in preparation of MIS reports, variance analysis, and dashboards for management review. • Ensure timely compliance with taxation requirements including TDS, GST, and Income Tax filings. • Support reconciliations of accounts including bank, vendors, and inter-company transactions. • Work on process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations. Skills & Qualifications: • Qualified Chartered Accountant (Fresher). • Strong understanding of Accounting Standards, Taxation, and Compliance. • Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP/Oracle is an advantage. • Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver within timelines.
