We are seeking a dynamic and qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), preferably a first-attempt pass, with 3–5 years of post- qualification experience to take on the role of Finance Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in statutory audit processes, in-depth knowledge of IGAAP, IND AS, and exposure to other global accounting standards. Hands-on experience with ERP systems and a solid understanding of Internal Controls Over Financial Reporting (ICOFR), including SOP development, is essential.
Candidates from the service industry or Big Audit Firms will be given preference. The role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-
functional teams.

Financial Reporting:

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS/US GAAP).

Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
