Department / Channel & Centre of Operation Department of Sales (BD-Strategic Alliance) Organization/ Functional Designation Depending upon the experience: Vice President/Senior Vice President<br /> JOB PURPOSE<br /> Presales activity:<br /> Liasoning with Product Teams to intimate new product empanelment and increase SoW (present appropriate products across all product categories)<br /> Initiate the Due Diligence process requiring inputs from all internal departments for empanelment for new products and attain timely product approvals involving the following activities<br /> Liasoning with Fund Management for product related information, arranging Fund Manager Meetings with Product Teams for constant product updates interaction with operations team on transactions, internal sales team to provide them with timely updates on a daily basis<br /> Post sales activity:<br /> Liasoning with B&ND team members, Managing monthly brokerage/ transactional related queries, organizing calls with FMs Banks and providing monthly updates to Banks Product & Sales team-Internal.<br /> MIS & Reporting:<br /> Ensure systems in place to deliver the desired output for meaningful analysis and actionable sales focus points; Driving the sales force with proper MIS data for a targeted Mission and Vision of the company; Support team in the review, analysis & resolution of issues & client requirements.<br /> KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREA<br /> Increase in Market Share<br /> Target vs. achievement against the AUM, Market Share, SIP Gross Sales, Equity & Balanced Net Sales target for the Channel<br /> Help the sales team to maximize business through Top Channel partners<br /> Focus on Developing New markets from the existing centers.<br /> Support sales in Geographical & channel expansion<br /> Increasing awareness of different Product & Sales strategies among the channel partners<br /> MIS & Reporting<br /> Providing relevant sales reports and allocation of annual targets to the Regional Heads.<br /> Driving the sales force with proper MIS data for a targeted Mission and Vision of the company.<br /> Product Empanelment for all the advisory houses and competition intelligence<br /> Video Conference/conference call/Review meetings/Field visit with FM/Product Team/Due diligence/ Channel partner engagement<br /> Pricing Competition Intelligence/Information<br /> Co-ordination with other functions - Operations/Fund Management/ Product/Risk/Compliance/Internal Team for smooth functioning of the channel<br /> Business Development / Marketing<br /> Training Activities (Distributors), Co-ordination with other functional Heads for smooth Functioning of the Channel, Contest/ Campaign with Key distributors<br /> Contact Management, Distributor Satisfaction, Marketing & Visibility of UTI Products (Internal & External)<br /> Internal Relationship Management<br /> Actively build a strong relationship with Fund Management/ Operations/ Compliance/ Product/ Marketing for new product launches and scheme specific products for Banks/National Distributors.<br /> Timely update the sales team on fund focuses with product notes.<br /> Provide ideas for new product launches.<br /> Develop complete understanding of channel partners business, objectives, goals and market challenges and ensure that the relationship plan is consistent.
