This position will assist with sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various job openings. Will work closely with team members to support the end-to-end recruitment process.<br /> Key Responsibilities:<br /> ● 2+ years of experience in Tech Recruitment<br /> ● Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other platforms.<br /> ● Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.<br /> ● Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.<br /> ● Support the recruitment process by managing candidate pipelines and updating the ATS.<br /> ● Help craft job postings and manage recruitment marketing efforts.<br /> ● Maintain a positive candidate experience through clear and timely communication.<br /> Qualifications:<br /> ● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.<br /> ● Strong communication and organizational skills.<br /> ● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.<br /> ● Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of recruitment.<br /> ● Experience with MS Office; ATS experience
