Lead the end-to-end product development process, ensuring alignment with our brand and
vision by directing, coaching, guiding, mentoring, leading the Product Category Buying, R&D
Insights, Design, Development & Sourcing, Planning and Allocations, Product Management
team members.
• Guide the Product Development & Sourcing Teams to collaborate closely with designers, and
manufacturers to introduce innovative and high-quality footwear designs to the market.
• Direct all the Product function team members on innovation and comfort factors and other
important attributes like style, functionality, and durability in product development and buying
decisions.
