Job Title – Senior Manager Sales Force Effectiveness

 

Department – Sales

 

Experience required:  08 – 12 yrs of relevant experience, preferably from Healthcare Industry 

 

Educational Qualification:  Any graduate / PG

 

Job Summary: Sales Operations & Effectiveness Manager will support and empower our Business Development team. This role is responsible for driving sales effectiveness, implementing strategic commercial processes, enabling the sales team with training and tools, and ensuring optimal use of CRM and data analytics. The ideal candidate will have experience sales operations, a passion for supporting field teams, and a strong command of sales process optimization, analytics.

 

Job Responsibilities

Sales Operations & Strategy

  • Oversee end-to-end sales operations including sales forecasting, territory alignment and incentive compensation calculation.
  • Partner with leadership to implement strategies and track performance of Business Development team targets vs achievements
  • Maintain CRM systems to ensure accurate data capture, pipeline visibility, and reporting; generate regular dashboards and insights for leadership.

 

Sales Effectiveness & Field Readiness

  • Develop and execute onboarding programs for new sales hires and ongoing training for existing bds, with a focus on fertility treatment knowledge, product positioning, and sales process.
  • Deliver sales training modules (product knowledge, objection handling, patient education tools, compliance, etc.) through workshops, e-learning, and field coaching.

 

Process Optimization & CRM Adoption

  • Optimize sales workflows and ensure adherence to best practices across the sales team.
  • Enhance Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) usage through structured training, reporting improvements, and troubleshooting support.
  • Design and enforce processes for lead management, customer segmentation, and field activity planning.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Market Access to align messaging, improve field execution, and support integrated campaigns.
  • Partner with HR and L&D to structure competency-based learning journeys and development plans for sales teams.

 

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track sales team performance using data-driven insights and provide timely reporting to leadership.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and field enablement initiatives through surveys, assessments, and performance data.

 

 

 

 

Skills Required

  1. 5–10 years of experience in sales operations, sales effectiveness, or commercial excellence, preferably in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or fertility sectors.
  2. Deep understanding of the fertility industry, including patient journey, treatment landscape, and provider ecosystem.
  3. Experience in delivering sales training and coaching to field teams.
  4. Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, business intelligence tools, and sales analytics.
  5. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  6. Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn insights into strategy.
