Analyst III Finance Operations

Job Summary

The Analyst III Finance Operations role is designed to support the finance team by leveraging strong analytical skills and technical knowledge. This position plays a crucial role in payroll activities, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and enhancing operational efficiency through process documentation and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Validate various payroll reports and analyze variances to ensure accuracy.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for finance operations.
• Handle customer queries effectively, providing timely and accurate responses.
• Collaborate with various teams to enhance operational processes and workflows.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate scores, preferably with an accounts background.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within teams.
• Developed Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Demonstrated business acumen and technical knowledge within the area of responsibility.
• Strong working knowledge in payroll activities.
• Knowledge of the country’s statutory requirements.

Experience

• 0-1 year of relevant experience in finance operations or a related field.

Environment

• The position is based in Chennai and follows a hybrid work mode, combining both in-office and remote work.

Salary

• Estimated salary range: ₹400,000 per annum.
