Objectives of this role
- Increase engagement for existing audiences with high-quality social initiatives
- Acquire new followers by filling gaps in our marketing content output
- Align our brand with new and emerging trends
- Improve ROI through more consistently on-target messaging
- Identify new channels to embed our brand that align our marketing direction
- Glean insights from social data using monitoring tools
Responsibilities
- Use social media tools to craft and release content to our social channels
- Develop social media campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team
- Become an extension of the company’s brand to connect with existing customers, and acquire new ones
- Analyze the company’s social strategy to make frequent improvement suggestions
- Stay up to date with new and emerging trends to help keep [Company X]’s social media presence consistently relevant
- Establish key performance indicators to understand efficacy of existing social campaigns and adjust strategy for further optimizations
Skills and qualifications
- Significant management and leadership experience
- Thorough understanding of all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest)
- A creative mindset and willingness to think outside the box to create engaging content
- Strong data analysis skills to analyse key metrics of campaign success using Google Analytics or equivalent
- A team player who is willing to work with various internal stakeholders.

- Effective time-management skills
- Plan, create and implement our social media strategies across the entire brand [AAP, OG, TPH, GEMSMANTRA)
- Content management across multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn etc
- Identify insights and social media trends of campaigns through data analytics
- Use data to inform campaigns and social media posts across all social media accounts
- Collaborate with copywriters and multiple stakeholders such as brand teams
- Liaise with external stakeholders such as digital agencies and influencers.
- Management and dissemination of all leads generated through social media campaigns
- Monitor, engage and grow our online communities through best-practice community management
- Monitor company brand consistency, customer engagement, web traffic of social media campaigns
- Monitor and analyze competitor social media communities and social channel
- Manage projects adhering to the social media strategy and overall digital marketing strategy
- Uphold the company's brand voice and increase brand awareness
