Job Summary

The Salesforce Health Cloud Lead is responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions. This role aims to enhance healthcare delivery through technology, ensuring effective integration and optimization of health-related services and applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud to meet healthcare requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for system enhancements and integrations.
• Provide training and support to users to maximize the efficiency of the Health Cloud platform.
• Develop and maintain best practices and documentation for Salesforce Health Cloud usage.
• Monitor and manage system performance, offering solutions for any arising issues.
• Drive strategic initiatives to improve patient engagement and care coordination through technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience working with Salesforce, specifically in the Health Cloud.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of healthcare processes and regulations is preferred.
• Salesforce Health Cloud certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data integration and migration tools.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance.
• Familiarity with additional Salesforce products (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
• Project management experience in healthcare IT implementations.

Experience

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce roles, with a focus on Health Cloud technology.
