Field Sales Executive (FSE)
Job Summary
The Field Sales Executive (FSE) will be responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth for advertising space in print media. This role involves field visits, client meetings, proposal pitching, post-sales support, and internal coordination. The FSE will operate as an Individual Contributor, contributing significantly to the organization’s sales targets and success.
Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Achieve sales targets as defined by the organization.
- Motivate clients to choose larger advertisements and run them more frequently to increase revenue.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Identify and visit prospective clients through internal databases or references.
- Offer print advertisement solutions that align with the client’s business goals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Win repeat business from clients by providing steady, reliable service.

Solution-Oriented Pitching:
- Understand the client’s business needs and develop customized marketing proposals.
- Utilize data insights to help clients reach more customers in new areas.
- Encourage client participation in Special Initiatives, such as festive editions and theme-based advertisements.
- Support in field marketing activities related to Special Initiatives.

Campaign Execution, Collections & Coordination:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on all post-sale support matters (creatives, deadlines, placements).
- Collect advertisement materials and ensure timely submission for publishing.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Billing, RO Generation, Scheduling) to ensure smooth execution of advertisements.
- Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections.
Qualifications

Education:
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA

Key Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Result-oriented with excellent customer relationship management abilities.
- Skilled in negotiation and persuasive communication.
- Quick learner with a passion for sales.
- Familiarity with policies, processes, and systems.
- Good analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Skills
- Broad understanding of the local market.
- Insight into sales numbers and customer needs.
- Ability to perform effectively and deliver results in a structured work environment.
Experience
- 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred, though freshers may also apply.
