Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer / Cloud Engineer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and managing infrastructure on AWS Cloud. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AWS services, Kubernetes, EKS, Terraform, and the AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructure using AWS services.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK).
• Manage and orchestrate containerized applications using Kubernetes and Amazon EKS.
• Implement and maintain Lambda functions and serverless architecture where appropriate.
• Monitor and optimize cloud resources for performance and cost.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps best practices into the software lifecycle.
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance of cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Technical Skills:

  • AWS Services: Amazon EC2, AWS Lambda, Amazon EKS, IAM, VPC, S3, CloudWatch
  • Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK)
  • Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, Amazon EKS
  • CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar (good to have)
  • Scripting: Python, Shell (basic proficiency preferred)

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, remote team environment.

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other cloud providers (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus or Grafana.

Experience

• A minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience in DevOps and cloud engineering.

Environment

• Preference for candidates located in Pune, with flexibility for candidates from Pan-India (excluding Hyderabad & Andhra Pradesh).
• Full-time position possibly involving remote work.
