Job Summary
The Head of Digital Marketing will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end digital demand generation, brand building, and performance marketing ROI across Auresta’s subsidiaries. This role aims to deliver measurable revenue outcomes through digital channels while establishing scalable, repeatable growth engines. The position is P&L-linked, and success will be determined by revenue contributions, customer acquisition cost (CAC) efficiency, and funnel conversion metrics.
Responsibilities

Revenue-Linked Digital Growth
- Own digital revenue targets across all portfolio companies (lead generation, e-commerce, and assisted sales).
- Drive full-funnel performance from impressions to leads to conversions.
- Collaborate with Sales and Centre Heads to ensure effective lead-to-revenue conversion.

Performance Marketing & ROI Ownership
- Manage and optimize marketing spends across various channels, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), YouTube, affiliates, display, and programmatic advertising.
- Maintain ownership of Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Lifetime Value to Customer Acquisition Cost (LTV/CAC) benchmarks.
- Continuously enhance marketing efficiency and reduce payback periods.

Funnel & Conversion Optimization
- Design and optimize end-to-end digital marketing funnels.
- Improve landing page conversion rates, lead quality, and sales conversion from digital leads.
- Implement structured A/B testing and experimentation programs.

Martech & Data Infrastructure
- Build and manage the digital marketing stack, ensuring integration of CRM, attribution tools, and marketing automation systems.
- Ensure accurate tracking of ROI across channels and develop dashboards for Board presentations.

Content & Brand Growth (Digital-first)
- Enhance digital brand presence through SEO, social media, and content marketing initiatives.
- Establish a high-conversion content engine comprising ads, videos, and landing pages.

Portfolio-Level Strategy
- Collaborate across Auresta companies to identify best-performing strategies and scale learnings.
- Allocate budgets dynamically based on ROI and growth potential.

Team Leadership
- Build and manage a high-performance digital marketing team, including performance marketers, SEO/content specialists, and analytics experts.
- Manage agencies and external partners with accountability for ROI.
Qualifications

Experience
- 8–12 years in digital and performance marketing.
- Proven track record of managing annual digital spends ranging from ₹10-100 Cr+.

- Strong understanding of performance marketing, funnel optimization, and attribution models.
- Data-driven mindset with robust analytical skills.
- Ability to correlate marketing metrics with revenue outcomes.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage.
- Familiarity with emerging digital marketing technologies and trends.
Experience
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in managing large-scale digital marketing strategies and budgets.
