Position overview:
Skydo, is looking for a Content Manager who will own and elevate Skydo's written voice across all
channels. This role is ideal for someone who loves the craft of writing, has a sharp editorial eye, and
can build scalable content systems. You will set the standard for quality across SEO content,
LinkedIn, email communications, and brand storytelling—while managing a team of freelance
writers to deliver consistent, high-impact content.

Own the end-to-end content strategy for Skydo's blog and editorial calendar management.
Write, edit, and publish high-quality long-form content (blogs, guides, thought leadership
pieces) that drives organic traffic and establishes Skydo as an authority in cross-border
payments.
Manage and mentor a team of freelance writers—set briefs, review drafts, provide
feedback, and ensure every piece meets Skydo's quality bar.
T ake ownership of all written communication across LinkedIn posts, email campaigns,
newsletters, and customer communications.
Collaborate with Brand & PR to craft compelling narratives for press releases, founder
thought leadership, and external communications.●

Build and maintain content playbooks, style guides, and SOPs that ensure consistency and
scalability.
Strategise and ideate new content formats and distribution channels to expand Skydo's
reach and influence.

Exceptional writing and editing skills with a portfolio that demonstrates versatility across
formats (blogs, social, email, long-form).
Experience managing freelance writers or content teams, with the ability to provide
constructive feedback and elevate output quality.
Ability to distill complex fintech/B2B concepts into clear and engaging content.
Comfort working with content tools (CMS, SEO tools like Ahrefs/SEMrush, Google
Analytics).
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple content streams and
deadlines.
