Job Summary

The Mac Domain position is a technical lead role focused on engineering, standardizing, and supporting Apple operating systems. The role is essential for ensuring the security, software distribution, device policy management, and automation of Mac systems within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing enterprise-wide Apple support.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for MacOS Apple products.
• Create automated deployment solutions for Mac using the latest technologies and provide Level III support for Mac deployments and related issues.
• Build and maintain documentation of processes, environments, and run books.
• Provide Apple-specific training to Level 1 and Level 2 support teams.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience: 5+ years of relevant IT experience.
• Technical Skills:
  • Expert-level knowledge of MacOS and management/support tools (JAMF and Intune).
  • Extensive experience in engineering Mac OS deployment, including JAMF and Intune.
  • Experience in building application packages for use in software deployment tools.
  • Excellent understanding of computer hardware, operating system functions, and components.
  • Knowledge of Entra, Intune, JAMF, Configuration Management, and Security.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong telephone etiquette, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
• Certification: Apple Certified Professional preferred.
