Job Summary

The C&B role in Noida is focused on cost consulting within the real estate sector. The position requires a seasoned professional to manage cost estimation, budget monitoring, and performance management, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and within budget. This role is critical in supporting the organization's financial goals and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Cost Estimation: Calculate quantities based on received drawings and analyze MEP consultant drawings against established design efficiency ratios and engineering benchmarks.
• Cost & Budget Monitoring: Develop and monitor project budgets to prevent overruns, comparing budgeted costs against actual expenditures, and creating revenue generation scenarios based on market analysis.
• Cost-to-Complete: Provide detailed cost-to-complete assessments on Good for Construction (GFC) drawings for ongoing projects and revalidate previous cost estimates.
• Rate Analysis: Conduct timely rate analysis of project items based on location and project type.
• Annual Operating Plan (AOP): Monitor AOP achievements, perform variance analysis, and implement corrective actions while highlighting potential variations for early mitigation.
• Coordination with Internal Stakeholders: Collaborate with the Operations team, Design, and Strategy to ensure data accuracy and adherence to timelines.
• Process Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements in processes to enhance efficiency, costs, and productivity, while integrating advanced techniques and technologies in construction processes.
• Performance Management: Set work objectives for team members, balance work allocation, review completed tasks, and conduct regular performance evaluations.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: More than 6 years in cost consulting or construction consulting within a renowned developer or EPC construction company in the real estate sector.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in cost estimation, budget monitoring, and rate analysis.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
• Process Adherence: Ability to comply with company guidelines and project timelines.
• Automation Skills: Capability to learn and excel in new software for automating costing and budgeting processes.

• Work Setting: Full-time, in-office position located in Noida. The role may involve collaboration with various internal teams and stakeholders.
