Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Channel Execution: Roll out city-wise and channel-wise GTM plans. Prioritize cities and channels (GT, MT, sports specialty, gym chains) based on ROI and category fit.

• Distributor Network: Identify, appoint, and manage super stockists and distributors across priority states. Negotiate margins, credit terms, and ensure healthy distributor ROI.

• MT Listings: Drive listings and account management for modern trade. Execute JBPs, visibility deals, and quarterly reviews with chain buyers.

• Field Sales: Hire and manage ASMs and field sales reps. Set beat plans, productivity targets, and incentive structures. Spend time in the market — this is not a desk role.

• Trade Marketing: Partner with marketing on BTL, in-store visibility, sampling, and consumer offers. Track trade spend ROI.

• Forecasting: Provide rolling 3-month offline demand forecasts to supply chain. Maintain offline fill rate >95%.

• Reporting: Own weekly and monthly sales reviews — primary, secondary, distributor stock, range selling, and trade spends.
