Key Responsibilities:
 Take ownership of one of the Key Product Segments such as Disbursements Mechanisms
(BNPL, Credit Cards, UPI Credit, Khata etc), KYC, Merchant, etc
 Work on product roadmap, backlog, and deliverables.
 Be an exceptional team player
 Closely partner with engineering and design to understand trade-offs and refine requirements
that meet product goals.
 Gather data from multiple sources to measure the effectiveness of new features and identify
areas of improvement.
 Create and socialize artifacts that clearly communicate requirements including BRDs, user
flows, and prototypes.
 Formulate hypotheses and quickly validate with prototypes, user feedback, and
experimentation.
 Work with customers, support, and engineering teams to handle and resolve any critical
customer issues that arise.
What we look for:
We need people who are quick learners and bold enough to suggest crazy ideas.
 1-3 years of experience in product management
 Experience in working with fast moving and agile teams.
 Hacky mindset and a Will Get it done attitude.
 Great work ethic and eager to learn/unlearn.
 Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders efficiently and effectively
 Have a Deep understanding of the space they work in.
 Preferably worked in FinTech or Ex-Founder
