- 15-20 years of experience with collection across various products

- Experience with collection in the secured and unsecured lending space

- Managed a team of RCM 

- Housing as a product should have been a part of the portfolio

- Should have managed a portfolio of 2000 cr upwards

- Experience from an NBFC, Bank or housing finance company

- Coordinate and implements collection policies and procedures

- Excellent written and verbal communication as well as presentation skills

- Exceptional supervisory experience
